Reitoku Kai has been actively promoting Japanese Culture in Singapore since it was formed in 1996.  Reitoku Kai became a member of IOV - International Organization for Folk Arts in order to promote Japanese Culture to other countries and has recently participated in the Yocona International Folk Festival held in Mississippi USA.
